The computers I manually installed the Agent on pop up in the activity log as being Discovered. The difference comes when I go to Inventory > Devices. In both instances, the Agent installs 100% and shows up in Settings > Remote Sites & Agents > Manage Your Devices with Remote Agents. The problem comes when I attempt to install the Spiceworks Agent via PDQ Deploy. So I manually installed the Spiceworks Agent on 2 computers and it works flawlessly. No big deal, I actually like the idea more even since it will not completely overlap with PDQ Inventory but still give me the features in the ticketing system that I want. I love the idea of using the IP scan but we have 8 locations and run our server at a central datacenter therefore the bandwidth usage of doing this would not be acceptable.
